arts + STEAM enrichment

Ages 4-6

this unique enrichment program is designed to promote creative exploration, social/emotional development, math & science, and early language and literacy. Led by Jennifer Zambarano, With 20 years of classroom experience in both general and special education settings, she is passionate about teaching and believes children flourish and grow in an environment that inspires, intrigues, and enriches.

Each week children will enjoy learning about a different artist, their history, techniques, and make their own artist inspired creations by using a multi sensory approach to learning. Children will also have fun with Lego building and other activities that enrich their STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) abilities.

your child will have lunch/snack at the studio, so please pack a water bottle, and NUT FREE lunch/snack.

pilates - 4 week core restore

mondays @ 9am, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11

Join sarah faller-sweeney for this 4 week pilates workshop. this workshop will teach the how, why, dos and dont’s of proper core strengthening. Checking for and measuring diastasis recti will also be reviewed. All participants will receive a manual and access to a video library to continue with a home exercise program. Class size will be limited to ensure detailed instruction and measuring progression. After 4 weeks you will have a stronger core, improved posture, increased energy and knowledge that will last you a lifetime.

Under the tutelage of Joseph Pilates’ protégé, Romana Kryzanowska and Bob Liekens, Sarah received her 600+ hour certification from The Pilates Studio in 1998. she developed the pilates program for the Hospital for Special surgery and worked there for over a decade. Sarah has taken a particular interest in women’s health and has developed population specific workshops for pre-natal/post partum, scoliotic, and osteoporatic women. Sarah is a local mom to 3, and is excited to offer classes in her own community. She has worked regularly with professional athletes octogenarians and has the ability to design a class around all types of students – ensuring all get a strengthening, safe workout! A minimum of 4 students is needed to run this class.
