Lindsay Doran

RYT 200 Lindsay Doran, discovered her love for yoga in 2014 when she realized that yoga is so much more than the poses you do on the mat. "Even after you have rolled up your mat, yoga continues"; "Live yoga off the mat",  two quotes that Lindsay always likes to reminds herself and her students of. Lindsay strongly believes that yoga has the ability to promote self-care and mindfulness as well a bring peace of mind, all in efforts to unveil your true-inner light. Shortly after Lindsay's Yoga Teacher Training she had the opportunity to attend a children's yoga workshop where she instantly felt inspired to teach and share the gift of yoga with children of all ages. Lindsay's little yogi classes are playful, creative and full of intention. Her goal is to inspire each of her little yogis to cultivate lasting qualities of confidence, creativity and to remain true to their their inner light. Off the mat you can find Lindsay hitting up local coffee shops, and researching her next big travel adventure.
