Mom-to-be can participate in a positive and supportive environment and enjoy the many benefits of yoga in this class. Practicing yoga while pregnant can increase muscle endurance and flexibility needed for childbirth as well as reduce anxiety, stress, and help improve sleep.
Build confidence, flexibility, strength of mind and body as young yogis begin to explore more challenging poses and stretches as well as incorporating their imagination and own unique style.
Wee Yogis & Me
Ages Newborn -Crawlers & Walkers - 3
In these parent/caregiver-assisted classes we’ll introduce your little yogi to the benefits of yoga through the use of playful stories, songs and props.
Using more advanced poses and flows, these classes focus on self and body awareness using strengthening movements that challenge various muscle groups, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques - all while still having fun!
Children will experience the benefits of yoga using imaginative narration and games teaching them strength, balance, concentration and harmony all while learning the fundamentals of yoga poses and breathing exercises.
These Tween and Teen (13+) classes will introduce more complex yoga poses. In a fun and challenging way your warrior will learn the importance of technique as well as mind and body awareness.
Sensory stations & stretching - parent/child class
Our sensory class is designed for our youngest yogis who love to move, learn and explore through their senses (touch, sight, smell, hear). In this class, your little yogi will move through a variety of sensory stations that will keep them busy, excited and stimulated. More info/Sign up
Yoga for Athletes - 4 week mini series
This mini series has been specifically designed for our active youth to prevent muscular imbalances, injuries and stalled results.
Sequences will warm up the body, loosen joints, stretch muscles deeper, and close in a restorative pose to elevate his/her performance.

Ages 4-6, join Jennifer Zambarano a children's educator for over 18 years, every Monday 9-11, Wednesday from 12:45 – 2:45 or Friday 12:45-2:45 for Arts & S.T.E.A.M at firefly yogis!
Each week children will enjoy learning about a different artist, their history, techniques, and make their own artist inspired creations by using a multi sensory approach to learning. Children will also have fun with Lego building and other activities that enrich their STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) abilities. Click Here for More Info
INTRO TO YOGA: BACK TO BASICS
An introductory class for those who have little to no experience with yoga, or for experienced students who want to bring it back to basics. This beginners class uses a combination of simple postures, movement and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. The focus on alignment for every body type allows beginners to safely learn the basics.
Children, parents and even grandparents can spend quality time together while enjoying a fun and healthy activity. Practicing yoga together helps to strengthen the bonds between parents and children while they support each other. Family yoga provides the rare opportunity for both adult and child to observe and learn from each other and is a great way to bridge the age difference between them. This class is filled with partner poses, group poses, silly flowing sequences and yoga games all to encourage strong and healthy minds and bodies.
NEW! HATHA YOGA CLASS
Hatha is an all levels class that contains the foundation postures for all styles of yoga. In this class you will move through each pose mindfully with a focus on breath, proper alignment and body awareness. This practice is perfect for the those who want to move slowly, take a minute, and breathe. Peaceful and strengthening postures will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened and balanced. This class is perfect for beginners or experienced students who are looking to slow down.
